In today’s workplace, stress and burnout don’t just affect individuals. They impact entire teams. When pressure builds and goes unspoken, it can lead to miscommunication, low morale and reduced performance.
Building Collective Wellbeing in Teams is a 1-day experiential workshop designed to help professionals better understand stress, support one another, and create healthier, more resilient team dynamics. Using the A.N.C.H.O.R. Method™, participants will gain practical tools to manage pressure, communicate with awareness and contribute to a more supportive and sustainable work environment.
