Hazel Tan brings over a decade of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and marketing, combined with her current work in coaching and training, to deliver highly practical and relevant workshops for working adults.
As Co-Creator of Growth Luminance, Hazel partners with organisations such as e2i and WSG to deliver programmes focused on workplace communication, mental resilience and personal effectiveness. She also serves as an Associate Coach with e2i, supporting jobseekers and professionals in career transitions, resume development and interview preparation. This ongoing engagement provides her with deep, real-time insight into the challenges faced by today’s workforce.
Hazel specialises in bridging communication skills with mindset and behaviour, helping participants not only express themselves clearly, but also navigate workplace dynamics with confidence and authenticity.
